Halogen heating for best results
METTLER TOLEDO introduced the innovative halogen heating technology as first company to the market. The circular halogen lamp ensures quick, uniform sample heating for reproducible results within minutes - right from the first sample.

Traceable to international standards: The temperature adjustment set with calibration certificate ensures identical drying characteristics throughout the entire service life of your measurement equipment.

Comprehensive sample identification: Up to four user-specific comment lines can be read in efficiently and error-free via barcode and appear on the printouts of the HR83.

Automatic method development: Develop methods efficiently with the HR83 and automatically match the reference value. Numerous optimized application methods are also available in our methods database.

Easy: Large keys provide direct access to the main functions, making operation very easy and self-explanatory. The results are either printed out or transferred to your computer via a data interface.

Drying time (maximum): 480 minutes

Display accuracy: 0.001 g

Evaluation: moisture or dry content in %, dry weight in g, ATRO

Temperature adjustment: 2 points (adjustment set available with calibration certificate)

Balance adjustment: 2 points (with external weight)

Size of weighing pan: Ø 90 mm

Sample handling: practical sample-pan handler included in all models

Mains connection: country-specific adapter
